Throat Chakra Activation:

  • Techniques to unblock and strengthen the Throat Chakra.

  • Chakra-specific meditation with focus on communication.

  • Jnana Mudra: Touch the tip of your index finger to the tip of your thumb, with the other three fingers extended straight. Rest your hands on your knees or thighs.

DAY 2

Sacral Chakra Activation:

  • Exploring the Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) and its role in emotions and creativity.

  • Techniques for opening and balancing the Sacral Chakra.

  • Daily meditation focusing on the Sacral Chakra.

  • Yoni Mudra: Interlace your fingers, keeping the left thumb up (for females) or right thumb up (for males). Touch the tips of the thumbs together and extend the rest of the fingers forward.
